Pre-Recorded messages are customized to each child and can include a personal message, song, or storytime!
Purchase is valid for a pre-recorded message from any of our "Mascots" listed on our website. All of our Mascots are accompanied by a Host to assist during the video. Delivery of your video call is contingent on character availability.

All bookings/schedulings are dependent on availability of characters.
