Travel Fees for our Performers

Travel Charges: $2.50 per mile over 20 miles from Creative Parties For Kids 1901 N Tustin Orange, CA 92865

This charge is per character, or entertainer. It is not always feasible for the entertainers to carpool from our studio.

For example if you order 3 princesses then the travel would apply for 3 entertainers. If we are able to have them carpool we are happy to reduce the fee. However, as a standard practice we must charge extra to reimburse our entertainers for their time & gas expenses.

Last Minute Party Policies

In order for your party to have the best quality entertainment we need as much time before hand to assure we get all the proper details in place.

The additional fee for last minute party bookings are as follows:

For parties booked 5-7 days before the event there will be a $25 charge.

For parties booked 1-4 days before the event there will be a $50 charge.

For parties booked less than 24 hours before the event there will be a $75 charge

ANIMAL BALLOONS AT YOUR CHARACTER PARTY?
If you would like to have animal balloons at your theme party - AWESOME!
We can do it. There are two ways for that to happen -

Prepared Balloon Animals
$50 per 25 Balloon Animals & Fun Shapes
Characters Doing Balloons at Event
(Please keep in mind, characters who have to wear gloves or big fuzzy hands can’t do this at event)
$50 additional for supplies and make sure to order extra time to allow for time to create the balloons at the event.

FACE-PAINTING AT YOUR CHARACTER PARTY
Our costumed characters do not face-paint due to health and sanitization reasons.
However, if you would like to book one of our artists, in addition to a character there is a $25 discount on the initial hour service.

TATTOOS and GLITTER TATTOOS AT YOUR CHARACTER PARTY
These can be provided for at an additional cost of $50 and ½ of time allotted to do them at the event. Clients must order at least 1.5 hours of time to have enough time to do our normal activities, the birthday song and the tattoos.
