Video calls can include a storytime, singing and dancing, custom games, and other activities!
Purchase is valid for a video call with any of our "Face Characters" listed on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, our Princesses, Superheroes & Starheroes. Please check with us before buying if you are unsure about a character. Scheduling of your video call is contingent on character availability.

After purchasing, you will need to contact us to schedule your video call with the character.
All bookings/schedulings are dependent on availability of characters.
We are not responsible for any scheduling issues if you have not directly checked with us that the specific characters are available for the time you need before purchasing.
